- 隨時了解產業發展和最佳實踐，不斷增強知識和技能以保持競爭優勢。
- 培養積極、高績效的銷售文化，促進銷售團隊內的團隊合作、協作和以客戶為中心的方法。
- 擁有良好的銷售成功記錄，具有至少 3-5 年類似高級銷售主管職位的經驗。
- 出色的領導和人員管理技能，能夠激勵和激勵銷售團隊。
- 強大的商業頭腦和策略思維，具有分析市場趨勢並做出數據驅動決策的能力。
- 優秀的溝通和談判技巧，能夠與各個層級的客戶建立和維持關係。
