Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional image of Courts Malaysia.
  • Actively listen to customersâ needs and wants, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Recommend and assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences.
  • Accurately describe product features, benefits, and advantages to customers.
  • Respond comprehensively to customer queries regarding store products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide detailed information on warranties, product care, and maintenance.
  • Actively promote Extended Warranty, sales attachments, Home Club membership, and store services.
  • Share information about financing options and leasing services for products.
  • Encourage customers to purchase sales attachments and additional services.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash sales and payment processing.
  • Ensure smooth transaction processes and assist with any payment-related issues.
  • Maintain awareness of store inventory and assist in managing stock levels.
  • Conduct stock counts and assist in identifying and recording out-of-stock items.
  • Ensure that departmental stock is organized and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, creating an appealing shopping environment for customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes in product pricing or promotions.
  • Support store management in other tasks as needed to meet operational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year working experience.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and processes, understanding of basic sales principles.
  • Good product knowledge & basic administration skills.
  • Basic retails experience and good communication skills.
