As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with vehicle fleet management systems, GPS tracking, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Hunt for new valuable customers, including identifying and pursuing tender opportunities.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of products and services to prospective clients, emphasizing the unique value propositions of GTSB’s solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape the future development of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
