- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients (mainly SMEs).
- Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable financing solutions.
- Follow up and manage leads from online inquiries and internal referrals.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with full commission incentive.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Prior experience in finance is not required — sales ability is what we value most.
- This position is open to Malaysian citizens only and requires proficiency in both English and Chinese.
