- Contribute to team efforts by achieving assigned individual and team sales goals.
- The company provides invitations and accurate customers to participate in open courses and maintains customers to generate referrals and renewals.
- Comprehensively understand the company's products and customer needs, and provide customers with one-stop solutions.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance metrics/exceed sales goals.
Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Fresh graduates and SPM graduates are welcome to apply (diploma preferred)
- Sales/Education Experience Preferred: At least 1 year of sales/education experience (inexperienced applicants are also welcome)
- Good Spoken and Written Communication Skills: Mandarin/English (must be able to speak Mandarin)
- Attitude: Eager to learn/Proactive/Loves challenges/Teamwork/Possesses communication and expression skills
- Has a clear plan for future career development
