- Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, and sales reports.
- Manage pre-sales processing tasks, organize and file important documents, and relay relevant information to sales managers and team members.
- Create and maintain Product IDs for new and existing products in the system
- Update and manage product prices in the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Arrange flights and hotel bookings for the sales and service team as per their schedules and travel requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for sales team training sessions. Ensure all necessary resources, equipment, and venues are ready for training programs.
- Handle hospitality arrangements for external parties during meetings, or training sessions. Arrange refreshments, meals, or other requirements.
- Take detailed sales meeting minutes, track and follow up on action points discussed during meetings to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Quotation and Tender Preparation; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
