Duties and Responsibility
- To provide administrative support which includes creating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using the system.
- To provide sales coordination and support which includes follow-ups, and any customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
- To oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date reports.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Able to adapt to fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
- Salary Range
- RM2k - RM2.8k
- Working Hours
- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
