Job Responsibility
Export Sales - Existing customer order management (with guidance by Senior)
Export Sales - Existing customer order management (with guidance by Senior)
- Process export sales orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents including checking
- Ensure order accuracy and pricing compliance
- Shipping & logistics coordination with freight forwarders/shipping companies
- Update and maintain google sheet for export sales order
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator usage will be added advantage
- Maintain and organize proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day office operations
- Help with letters, emails, and messages when needed
- Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Friendly and able to confidently communicate with internal team
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Sheet
- 5 working days (8am - 5pm)
