Scentium is a flavour division of the Iberchem Group in Spain. We develop flavours with superior sensory attributes, fitting to current market needs and complying with the strictest safety and quality standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CRM in all aspects
• Attend to customers’ inquiries in coordination with internal departments and manage customers’ expectation
• Enquiry/sample/order processing inputs and follow up
• Preparing quotation, supportive documentations, shipment arrangement, invoicing and billing process
• Administrative support to commercial team
• Logistic provider sourcing & coordination of delivery
• Periodical analytical reports are expected
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent qualification
• Must have experience in export processing
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word
• Experience in SAP systems would be an added advantage
