Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our hardworking team at Kevon Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Assisting with the preparation of invoices, delivery orders and other client-facing documents
• Coordinating delivery/shipping schedules, and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ACCPAC software
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
