About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our hardworking team at Kevon Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices, delivery orders and other client-facing documents
- Coordinating delivery/shipping schedules, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ACCPAC software
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
