Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
- Contact/message transfer to sales, if any order or related info is received.
- Follow up on customer order schedule and update status
- Issue Delivery Order & Invoice
- Support day-to-day operations of the Sales & Admin Department
- Responsible / assisted superior in documentation work and administrative stuff.
- Responsible to handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.
- Carry out any other task assigned by the superior from time to time·
- Maintaining client relations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination
- Knowledge & experience in logistics documentation & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders are added advantages
- Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and be a team player
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous
- Good attention to detail and organizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
- Able to multi-task and pay great attention to details
