Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, priorities, documents, and follow-ups for the CEO/COO.
- Support the sales cycle — CRM updates, pipeline tracking, proposals, and client onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in creating marketing content (Canva), newsletters (Mailchimp), and managing social media updates.
- 2-4 years of experience in executive support, sales coordination, or digital marketing.
- Conversational Mandarin; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Canva/Mailchimp a plus.
- Bonus: Exposure to IT, ERP, or SaaS industries.
