- Develop strategies & tactical plans focused on financial gain, customer satisfaction & experience
- Training & learning development of sales/marketing/application teams towards Agilent products, including but not limited to chemistries/supplies/NPIs.
- Drive the QbD-based method development workshops in pharma.
- Market sensing on upcoming trends & changing customer/competitive landscape.
- Conduct periodic research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Align Agilent global strategies to channel sales teams for localized content relevance
- Coordinate marketing events (In-house & hotel seminars, Attack Day, POTM, Executive Summits)
- Collaborate with marketing teams (Agilent & Indirect) for establishing effective digital platforms
- Provide timely information related to product development & application notes.
- Develop battle cards periodically for enabling differential advantages of Agilent solutions.
- Prepare a comprehensive technical comparison with competitive products.
- Establish meaningful & effective review/feedback mechanism
- Spearhead the success stories newsletter
- Coordinate customer on-site support with apt resources.
- Collaborate with the Pois/SSD team for a better customer experience.
- Review the quality concerns for enabling effective escalation mechanism
- Provide Spotfire-based sales intelligence reports on monthly/quarterly basis to facilitate appropriate action
- Guidance towards indirect channel inventory management and formulation of strategies to address the gaps
- Identify the competitive scenario and inform/coordinate with SU for determining appropriate strategies.
- Help the sales team in improving & building a funnel for long-term success.
- responsible for driving discount discipline with sales managers & improving profitability.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
- Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
