Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage sales and marketing efforts for company products in the assigned territory.
- Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations and provide technical insights into products.
- Handle inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and provide follow-up and after-sales service.
- Offer profession advice on product performance, conduct site visits, and demonstrate equipment.
- Manage debt collection processes for sales transactions.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales and marketing reports on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Actively engage in client outreach through scheduled visits, strategic cold calling, and proactive client engagement initiatives to expand and strengthen the customer base.
- Identify and pursue potential customers to expand the company's customer base / new customer development
- Promote company products and services.
- Execute sales activities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics) or Physics, or a related field.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Min 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
