Lead Daily Operation
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including product listings, inventory control, and order processing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and develop effective optimization strategies. Use insights to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Create, launch, and evaluate exciting promotional campaigns designed to engage customers and maximize sales outcomes.
- Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and feedback. Address complaints and foster relationships to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities. Adapt our strategies to ensure we remain a leader in the industry.
- Curate and manage product listings while implementing creative merchandising strategies to feature promotions and new launches that attract attention.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in E-commerce, Business Administration with an E-commerce specialization, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent, or a related field.
- At least 2 Years experience in handling E-commerce website/portal and social media sales & Marketing
- Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills to produce compelling product listings
- Have experience on operation and rules of major major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.
