- Develop expertise in the company's HVAC products, industry standards, and internal procedures, continuously improving technical knowledge.
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies aligned with department goals, meeting or exceeding sales targets in the designated region.
- Handle tenders and negotiations, preparing proposals, leading bidding processes, and ensuring timely deal closures.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and promoting HVAC solutions to key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular market intelligence reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and execute end-to-end HVAC projects with customized solutions.
- Provide monthly performance reports on sales, revenue, and market activities, keeping management informed of business progress.
- Engage in industry events to promote the company's HVAC solutions, enhancing its reputation within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing tenders, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Analytical mindset for competitor analysis and market insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored solutions.
