Sales Engineer drives sales and marketing, prepares forecasts, develops proposals, meets targets, and ensures client engagement and technical support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales and marketing activities for Data Center, transport, and FTTx test measurement solutions.
- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives for indoor/outdoor fiber cable solutions.
- Implement eƯective territory sales and coverage plans to achieve conversion and sales objectives.
- Educate customers on the companys products, equipment features, and benefits.
- Prepare sales forecasts, detailed quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Schedule periodic visits to customers and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Deliver eƯective sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our product range.
- Develop and maintain robust after-sales support and goodwill with customers.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering(Electrical, Electronic,
- Telecommunication, Photonics) or Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of core/access network architecture and variousnetwork technologies(Datacenter Interconnector/DWDM/FTTx/4G/5G) and their evolution.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
- Possess own car transportand willingness to travel outstation.
- Preferably2-3 yearsof relevanttelecommunicationsorICT background.
