  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Initiate and manage conversations with prospects via email, calls, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch products or services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop business strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and business plans to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Ensure that terms align with the company’s policies and profitability objectives.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development goals.
  • Liaise with product teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, or processes.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
