- Develop a deep understanding of different furniture types, materials, and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Learn and stay updated on the companyâs full range of products to provide accurate and tailored recommendations.
- Handle pricing discussions, address customer concerns, and finalize sales agreements confidently and professionally.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales target through effective planning and execution
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Conduct product professional and engaging product presentations to clients
- Understand customer needs and provide the right furniture solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Keep up with market developments, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to remain competitive and informed.
- Bachelorâs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing.
- Experience in B2B sales, working with retailers, designers, or corporate clients is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanour.
- Willingness to travel to client and project site.
- Background in interior design is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
