Job Responsibility

  • Follow up with customers toclose sales deals.
  • Prepare and createcustomized proposals and quotationsfor customers.
  • Communicate with customers toresolve post-sales issuesand maintain long-term relationships.
  • Conductsite visitsacross Johor for sales or after-sales purposes.
  • Manage and maintainpersonal commission reports.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reportsto the management team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
  • Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfactionby following up after project completion.
  • Assist in preparing presentations or product explanationsduring customer meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Must be 00's below 25
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of sales management and technical sales principles.
  • Calculation skills (able to handle simple math for pricing and commission reports).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; able to provide regular updates to supervisors.
  • Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment.
  • Must be punctual and disciplined.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to work full-time in Johor Bahru.
