We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team to drive overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
- Willing to travel as required.
