SALES EXECUTIVE

We are a public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with established business in property development, project management and construction. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Kuantan, Pahang.

Responsibilities/Role Description:

• Responsible for sales of the Group’s properties.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet sales target.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals
• Undertake product promotion activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Accurately maintain sales records and provide regular reports on performance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
