What you need to do in Cuura: Sell, and anything related to sales.
- Contact potential customers, introduce our products, and assess their needs and interests during the conversation with customers.
- Have a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, addressing their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Address customer objections and concerns professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues to close sales.
- Maintaining a positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer insights, market trends, and competitive information.
Individuals who do well in this role usually possess these skills:
General Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales, F&B or any other relevant positions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficiency
- Good language communication skills, including but not limited to English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Great interpersonal, strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
