Job Description

  • Property Sales: Promote company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Property Presentation and Consultation: Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
  • Contract Handling: Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.

Job Requirement

  • SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required.
