- Property Sales: Promote company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Property Presentation and Consultation: Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
- Contract Handling: Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
- Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
- SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required.
