Tasks/Aufgaben

You are responsible to drive the sales and marketing management of Business Assurance Malaysia business and market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners
  • Identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships or business alliances to reach out to target customers for new services
  • Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of the financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting.
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
  • To drive and support lead generation initiatives including digital Management System and Academy/ Training
  • Provide sales and product training and coaching at the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
  • Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits with local sales as well as timely address of customers enquiries, feedback and comments

Qualifications/Qualifikationen

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in any discipline preferably with at least 3 years of experience sales or business development in Management System Certification
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth
  • Possess strong business acumen, process orientation and versatility to thrive in a matrix organisation
  • Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
  • Resourceful and meticulous
