We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales target.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, share best practices, and achieve team goals.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and promote our products/services.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.


Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present information.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, any field.
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin dialect would be an additional advantage.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is confident in presentation.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
