SALES EXECUTIVE (SHAH ALAM)

In this role you will act as the main representative of the business, focus on the customer’s corporate-level people and private business owner, provide information on best practices, negotiate corporate-level agreements, sort out unsettled issues, improve customer satisfaction and further develop win-win business partnership.

Job Scope

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs
• Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements.
• Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing orders and other related paperwork, including the subsequent follow up.
• Coordinate the sales support processes which involves liaising between different departments.
• Establish contacts with potential customers from sales leads
• Perform customer verification and set up new accounts.
• Participating in sales team meetings & sales targets
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing or related field.
• Candidate with 2 years above of Sales Experience is preferred.
• Candidate with knowledge in Concrete, Precast & Quarry Industries as an advantage to apply.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
