At Bjak, we’re building one of the fastest-growing platforms in the region. We’re looking for a driven Sales Lead to spearhead growth, close high-value deals, and guide our sales team to success. With high incentives and uncapped commissions, this is a role for someone hungry to win.


You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

  • Drive revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit and exceed targets
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Create and execute sales strategies to expand our market footprint


The Right Fit Has…

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growth industries
  • A strong track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities


Nice to Have

  • Background in insurance, financial services, or B2B sales
  • Experience scaling sales operations in a startup or high-growth environment
