We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and sales targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans, and execute those plans.

  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Plan and forecast sales volumes and potential for all customers in the assigned region. Utilize CRM for data entry and analysis to support this process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Regularly contact customers and consultants to gather sales inquiries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and focused networking.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence: Analyze specific market conditions and build a network of key stakeholders to gain valuable market insights.
  • Business Development: Spot opportunities for offering tailored product and service solutions to customers in the local market.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate proposals in collaboration with proposal management and other relevant professionals.
  • Project Coordination & Customer Support: Coordinate the realization of assignments and may contribute to product development or projects across business units. Act as a point of contact for customers on commercial and back-office matters, and facilitate internal collaboration to ensure customer support.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Sales & Technical Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales development and account management within the sales & technology field, preferably with 3-4 years of experience. Experience in after-sales service is a plus. Domain expertise in Electrical Switchgear & Automation, particularly in Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Infrastructure, and Building sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong influencing and persuasion abilities are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Professional & Personal Attributes: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is critical. A strong independent worker with a customer-centric approach is required. The ability to maintain regular contact with sales support teams and management while working remotely is essential.
