Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
- Lead the sales team with energy, ambition, and sharp strategy.
- Develop and execute plans to grow key accounts and capture new business.
- Pitch GWP ideas and gifting concepts that WOW our clients.
- Manage pricing, proposals, and client negotiations like a boss.
- Track team performance, KPIs, and revenue goals—and SMASH them.
- Collaborate with sourcing, creative, and logistics teams to bring client ideas to life.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in gifting, merchandising, or FMCG industry.
- A proven track record of meeting (and beating!) sales targets.
- A people-person who knows how to inspire, lead, and close.
- Great communicator—fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!).
- Creative, fast-paced, and hungry to grow with a high-performance team.
