Responsibilities
Make an impact
- Develop relationship management plans to engage decision-makers and facilitate issue resolution.
- Communicate with clients and business partners to negotiate deals, considering everyone's end goals and participating in due diligence processes.
- Set clear objectives for sales calls, customize presentations for decision-makers, and gather information to understand customer requirements.
- Demonstrate key product / solutions features that address the customer's challenges.
- Work together with proposal team to draft proposals in response to bid requests, meeting deadlines and documentation requirements to improve chances of winning contracts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
What you need to succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record of growing sales revenue.
- Strong relationship building and management with good communication skill with customers.
- High sales goal oriented mindset.
