- Love leading and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets.
- Have experience designing and executing sales strategies.
- Can analyze sales data, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Enjoy working closely with senior leadership on business expansion.
- Can balance short-term wins with long-term growth plans.
- Are confident in building relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- A track record of scaling and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Regional team management experience.
- Exposure to startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
- High incentive and commission structure – your earnings grow with your results.
