SALES MANAGER

• Minimum Diploma

• Oversee the overall sales, marketing and sales administrative functions

• Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objective and targets

• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure progress & alignment towards company goals

• Provide opportunities for development, acting as a role model and reinforcing desired behaviors

•At least 5 years experiences in industrial sales

•Willing to travel

•Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership qualities

• Ensure clear communication and adherence of policy and procedures

• Undertake any other assignments and when required from time to time
