This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales Engineer / Manager at Wehaya Process / Wehaya Instrutech located in Shah Alam. The Senior Sales Engineer / Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers, developing sales strategies and plans, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, providing technical support, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

• Strong technical background in control valves, actuated valves & mechanical static equipment such as rupture disc (pressure safety device)
  
  

Additional knowledge on Solar Power System is a plus.

• Previous experience in sales or sales management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of the Malaysian market and industry regulations is a plus
