About the role
PRIMUDA SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their Commercial/Water Industrial team. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial and industrial water filtration products.
- Identify and target new market opportunities and growth areas within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Set sales goals for the team, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, facilities managers, and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial and industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service or product-related issues.
- Regularly conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to secure and grow business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial water filtration products and their applications.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them select the right filtration solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to better advise clients and drive sales.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and adhere to company standards.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales tactics, and customer relationship management.
- Perform regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members’ professional growth.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the commercial or water industrial sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to track and report on sales performance
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
