Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (Dealer Management) to lead and oversee the dealer market within the motorbike industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing national sales operations, building dealer networks, and driving business growth in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share while ensuring the highest level of dealer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As the Sales Manager (Dealer Management), your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's presence in the motorbike industry.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorbike dealers nationwide
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the dealer market
  • Own and drive national sales targets for the dealer market
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of regional sales managers and support staff
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Ensure timely and effective support to dealers regarding product availability, marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and after-sales services
  • Manage the national sales budget, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and promotional expenditures
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market trends to senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and compliance with industry regulations across all dealer interactions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the motorbike or automotive industry
  • Proven track record in leading national sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of dealer management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as required
