What you’ll do:
Develops solution business Sales through End User, Partners and Contractors. Responsible for Eaton's Power DIstribution Assembly (PDA) project sales in strategic segment within the territory. A. Drives Solution Business through End User, Turnkey Contractor, Electrical Contractor, or Project Distributor
B. Consultantive Sales Approach with extensive design knowledge in power distribution complying to IEC
C. Lead in developing product application knowledge with customer, include medium voltage/low voltage for transformer, RMU, GIS, AIS, BusWay
D. Strong business acumen and Key Connectors to develop Data Center, Manufacturing, and/or critical facilities Segments
E. Delivered assigned sales target
F. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management SysteE. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

C. Technical Selling for PDA
D. Knowledge in PD Solutions and System
E. Knowledge in PD Components"
Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model.
