Sales & Marketing Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.
• Proactively develop new business and market new products, customers, and channels, and segments.
• Conduct competition analysis and updates. Research and identify new market opportunities. Sensitive to market movement, trends, and information.
• Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Company's pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customers relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions of company’s services and products to them.
• Understanding plan drawings and measurement calculations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Construction Management or related engineering field or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in sales in building material or services.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Familiar in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power-point).
• Able to work independently and possess good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
