Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description: -

• Attend and manage all properties sales enquiries, including walk-in customers and telephone inquiries by providing relevant information about the product and the project.
• Conduct sales presentation to potential buyers with the objective to achieve sales target and deliver the best customer service.
• Maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers to increase customer base.
• Assist to source for database and sales opportunities to achieve sales target.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure the signing of SPA, collection of the first 10% payment and acceptance of end financier's letter of offer are completed as per SOP.
• Assist in executing all promotional road show event and launches.
• Support all sales and marketing activities whenever required by the company, including weekend or public holiday duties in sales office / show houses.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property development or similar field.
• Hands-on with sales function.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ( Written & spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Computer literate, required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
• Possess own transport.
• Good communication skill.
• Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking, good-mannered and team oriented.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
