Job Description:
- Have experience in merchandising, sales and handling retail procedure.
- Communicate with store level buyer for PO & new listings.
- Reporting on sales and check the stock balance/products in store, check price tag and etc.
- Ensure implementation according to the prescribed planogram.
- Follow Merchandising SOP/Guideline/Planogram.
- Send, setup & arrange company’s products in the market.
- Follow and prepare schedule for the sending of products.
- Collaborating with factory production team, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans.
- Analysing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets.
Requirement:
- Men/Women
- At least SPM
- Age 20 – 40 years old
- Have own transportation with valid license (Car and motorcycle)
- Experienced in the Retail (Retail) / Promoter field are preferred
- Positive character, can hear instructions and can work in a team
