Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Operations Excellence through effective territory structuring, process optimization, automation, and training.
- Monitor and improve sales performance by managing pipeline tracking, forecast accuracy, and KPI reporting.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to visualize business trends and support leadership decisions.
- Support strategic decision-making with “what-if” analyses, data insights, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Enhance sales productivity by simplifying workflows and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Create executive-level presentations and contribute to business reviews and performance reporting.
- Diploma or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical support role.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into process and system improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder communication.
- High integrity, collaborative mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Be a trusted partner to business and sales leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Gain broad exposure across business operations, sales strategy, and performance management.
- Build expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and process design.
