Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sales & market opportunities & to position the company’s products.
• Generate new accounts/sales to meet the monthly sales target.
• To provide the leadership direction and management of the sales team.
• To encourage & motivate sales team to maximize their full potential and build strong teamwork spirit.
• To drive sales team to achieve Company’s goal & objectives and collection target.
• Lead and manage the sales team by recruiting, training & coaching on industry best practices, company SOPs, selling skills & negotiations.
• Assist sales specialists in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customer.
• Work closely with management to build pipeline and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts.
• Negotiating contracts or tenders with healthcare professional and follows-up the contracts or tenders persistently until the deal is closed.
• Implement national/regional sales programs by developing sales action plans.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills
• Excellent presentation skills with an outgoing and persuasive manner.
• Possess strong analytical, judgment, people management & leadership skills
• Good follow through skills, responsible to clients’ needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Good people skills, outgoing, independent & responsible personality with right attitude.
• Must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, proactive, results oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver good results.
