PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 2-3 year pharmaceutical, biotech, sales, or relevant experience

· Diploma or Degree in any fields.

· Must live within the territory

· Experience with therapeutic area and products associated with this role

· Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)

· Develop comprehensive territory/customer plans to drive achievement of desired objectives.

· Strategically overcome obstacles to gain access to difficult to see health care providers and customers.

· Cultivate relationships with KOLs; build lasting relationships with top priority customers

· Assess needs of target physicians, address needs with responsive approach, targeted skills, and appropriate resources

· Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic thinking, data analytical skills and project management skills, as well as excellent planning and prioritization skills

· Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and support customers throughout sales process, excellent communication, and interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.

General Requirements:

· The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in product knowledge and sales environment.

· Must posses a car with valid driving license

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Customer service oriented and organized.

· Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.

Vacancy Summary:

Sales representatives promote and sell medical devices and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. They provide product information and demonstrate features to healthcare professionals. Medical representatives negotiate and close sales contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will be responsible to maintains and services new & existing customers and assists in developing new business where opportunities occur.

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving direct sales results , product line or group of accounts, by contacting established customers and developing new prospects.

- To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual profitability and performance standards.

- Handles a heavy and demanding workload where the product may be highly specialized, the market undeveloped or underdeveloped, the sales target high or the competition tough.

- To stay abreast of all customers' issues and follow up for meeting customers' expectation.

- Works independently but progress is checked at fairly intervals.

- Required to travel a lot within respective sales territory.

- Other special task as per instructed by Chief Executive Officer.
