We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at Oji Asia Household Product Sdn Bhd (OAHP) in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the central area region. What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and prospecting new potential customers within the central area region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and needs
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing detailed sales reports and analysis to the management team
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehiclesa
