Sales Representative - Melaka/Seremban

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability and visibility across retail and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on facing audit, activation photo, pricing audit and others.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and staying updated on industry trends.
• Handheld (check in and check out, planogram, pricing audit, facing audit, dynamic call)
  
  

What we are looking for

• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3-6 years’ Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains.
• This role base in South and willing to work in South
