Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clinicians, surgeons, and hospital staff.
- Expand business prospects in private and government hospitals.
- Provide expert technical support during surgeries for trauma implants.
- Cross-sell additional products and introduce new items to the market.
- Ensure timely collection of payments within the credit period.
- Stay updated on sales techniques and product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development.
- Complete training on orthopaedic trauma products and maintain product expertise.
- Knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and operating theatre protocols.
- Experience with trauma orthopaedic implants.
- Established network with surgeons in both private and government hospitals.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, surgical environments.
- A background as a product specialist or in sales within the orthopaedic implant sector.
- Willingness to travel and valid drivers license.
- Competitive salary + EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
