Job Responsibility
- Plan monthly duty roster, work schedule and monitoring attendance
- Train subordinates on SOPs and how to use electronic systems
- Evaluate, motivate and discipline subordinates to meet sales targets
- Conduct frequent discussions with subordinates and superiors
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, offers and discounts
- Report sales and purchase performance to the management monthly
- Competitor analysis.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure outlet rules and regulations are met.
- Addressing customersâ requests, comments and complaints
- Maintain health and safety measures and storeâs cleanliness
- Ensure products are clean, stored and stocked well and displayed presentably with correct pricing
- Utilise Stock Management Software to evaluate sales performance and plan for future re-stock
- Sourcing new suppliers for new products
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft and wastage
- Minimum SPM Graduate
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
- Able to communicate well
- 2-3 years experience in related industry
- Independent, proactive and a good team player
- Good leadership skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Handling of alcoholic and non-halal products
