Mission (About the Role)
The Sales Support Intern will assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, preparing quotations, coordinating the sales cycle, and supporting customers in their digital transformation journey. This role will also involve training customers on the company’s sales portal to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
What will you do?
- Assist the sales team with daily operations including documentation, quotation preparation, and order processing.
- Support in managing and following up on the full sales cycle..
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requirements.
- Provide support to customers in adopting digital tools and solutions offered by the company.
- Contribute to sales reports and analysis to support business growth.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales and operations team.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in sales operations, customer service, and digital transformation.
