Box World specializes in importing food products from various corners of the world—United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia—to supply supermarkets across Malaysia. There's the opportunity to travel abroad with colleagues for market research, factory visits, and of course, some leisurely exploration along the way! Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and achievement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear objectives for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Sales Team Leader may be allocated ad hoc tasks as required to support the overall goals of the sales department and the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
