Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, product presentations, and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Oro Stone products.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the company's CRM system.
- Possess a strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
- Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, consistently striving to exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop a deep understanding of Oro Stone's product line, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM or other designated systems.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
